Baptized and raised in the Protestant faith, Babetta Gray Boggs is a convert to Catholicism, having joined the Catholic Church in April 2007 together with her husband George.
Babetta describes her decision to convert as “the best thing that I ever did” (besides marrying her husband, of course).
Babetta is a former corporate lawyer who spent a combined fifteen years in private practice, first with a large firm in Boston, Massachusetts and later in-house in Chicago and Denver with a global provider of computerized travel reservations.
Following the sale of the company, Babetta took a sabbatical and taught Spanish at Hutchison School in Memphis for four years before returning to the practice of law.
Babetta now has her own law office and handles primarily business, family and criminal matters in all communities, including the Hispanic community.
She and George, her husband of over twenty years, live in Collierville and are members of the Church of the Incarnation.
